If the curation/consultation session has not been cancelled 24 hours prior to its start, it will not be refunded. As for the outfit purchased as part of the curation service, you will have a chance for 3 revisions prior to its purchase, but once the outfit has been purchased there are no returns or exchanges possible.

With consultation, the stylist will focus on your existing wardrobe and offer guides and methods for you to get the most out of it. Apart from the session itself, you will get 3 outfit suggestions within a week's time. With our curation service, the focus will be curating a new outfit you could easily incorporate into your existing wardrobe.

We are not a brick & mortar business. Our styling team is Saudi based. The address is for package forwarding only. We do not currently operate anywhere outside the kingdom.

For precautionary measures, you have to send a form of ID through whatsapp within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment. Appointments that have not been confirmed are automatically cancelled after 24 hours from online booking.
